Very professional and helpful. He was able to quickly identify the root of the issue, and fix it on-site, which is nice. I like that he had the part in his truck. Good preparation is always a plus. I also asked him to give me a tutorial about best practice to use the pool heater most effectively. He took 15 minutes out of his schedule to explain and make sure I understood everything properly. Overall, very good experience.
