This is the second time we have used your company and like your products your service exceeds my expectation, however a company is only as good as its representatives and in Hugo you have the best, he is technically excellent, personally a nice person always polite and prepared to explain the problem and the resolution, when he leaves I am confident the issue is resolved.

Chip was excellent in every way. He clearly knew the equipment well and was very efficient in diagnosing and repairing the problems. He clearly explained what he was doing and answered my questions fully and thoughtfully. He did his work neatly and carefully and, upon completion of his work, left the area where he had worked totally free of litter. Chip was also well-spoken and polite, a credit to his employer.
