Pamela joined StoneHardscapes in May 2001. Over her tenure, she served the company in a variety of capacities, including Sales Assistant, Marketing Director, Regional Territory Manager as well as National Specialty Products Manager, and Vice President of Business Development. In 2014 StoneHardscapes was acquired by Team Horner Group and Pamela became an official member of the Team Horner family as General Manager of StoneHardscapes.
As a leader, she believes her leadership style can be summed up in a simple quote… ”We rise by lifting others.” She believes our number one asset is our people. If our people feel heard, appreciated, and fulfilled our organization and team members will be successful.
She is driven by challenge, growth, and helping others and she believes business should be fun. Her goal is for each of our team members to be happy to get to work on Monday morning.
