Initial Start Up

THIS IS A QUICK-START GUIDE…

INITIAL START UP

  1. Start the water circulation pump
    • NOTE: THE POOL FILTER PUMP MUST BE OPERATING FOR THE HEAT PUMP TO BEGIN HEATING. ANYTIME THE POOL FILTER PUMP IS TURNED OFF, THE HEAT PUMP WILL ALSO BE OFF.
  2. Ensure that the unit has power connected.
  3. If the display is blank (digital units) or power light not lit (analog units), be certain the breaker and heater disconnect are switched to “ON”.
