AquaCal heat pumps are warranted to the owner to be free of material or workmanship failures for a period of two (2) years, parts only. The compressor is warranted for a full five (5) years, parts only. The titanium tube portion of the condenser carries a Lifetime warranty against failure due to chemical corrosion. All other components parts of the titanium condenser are covered for a period of two (2) years.

The above coverage, starts from the date of purchase, and applies only if the installation and operating instructions, applicable to the model purchased, are expressly and completely followed. These instructions are furnished with the unit, and are also available by writing to, or faxing AquaCal AutoPilot, Inc.

The liability of AquaCal AutoPilot, Inc. shall not exceed the repair or the replacement of the defective parts, under the two (2) year limited warranty, and shall not include transportation to or from the factory, consequential, or incidental damages, or labor.

This warranty does not include the repair of damage, due to excessive chemicals in the pool or spa water, damage to any internal piping, or components in freezing conditions, negligence, abuse, or Force Majeure. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose that apply to this product.
