AquaCal, Inc. warrants the listed Big Bopper Pool/Spa Heat Pump, to the original owner, to be free of material or workmanship defects for a period of the above referenced years from the date of installation. This warranty includes labor charges to remove, repair or replace defective components, or failure due to workmanship. Claims for warranty labor must have prior authorization by AquaCal, Inc., and must be performed by a Factory Authorized Service Center.

The compressor and evaporator coil parts (only), have a limited 10-year warranty. If the compressor or evaporator coil (air coil) should require replacement in years six (6) through ten (10), AquaCal will make available to the original owner a replacement part at no charge to the original owner. The Owner of the equipment is responsible for any freight or labor charges in years six (6) through ten (10).

The warranty is applicable only if the heat pump has been installed, operated, and maintained expressly and completely in accordance with the purchased model Owner/Installation Manual. These documents are furnished with each heat pump, and additional copies are available by contacting the AquaCal, Inc. factory. The liability of AquaCal, Inc. shall not exceed the repair or replacement of defective parts under the referenced year(s) exclusion, and shall not include consumables (including, but not limited to refrigerant) or transportation to or from the factory. AquaCal, Inc. is not liable for any damages of any sort whatsoever, including incidental and consequential damages. This warranty does not include damage to any internal piping or components due to freezing conditions, negligence or abuse, installations in
corrosive environments or atmospheres, nor acts of God. There are no implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose that apply to this product.
