International Warranty
AquaCal
heat pumps are warranted to the owner to be free of material or workmanship
failures for a period of one (1) year. The compressor and
cupro-nickel condenser coil, are warranted for a full five (5) years. Titanium
heat exchangers have a limited lifetime warranty. The Titanium tube portion
of the heat exchanger carries a Lifetime warranty against failure due to
chemical corrosion. All other components parts of the Titanium heat
exchanger are covered for a period of one (1) year.
The above coverage, starts from the date of purchase, and applies only if the installation and operating instructions, applicable to the model purchased, are expressly and completely followed. These instructions are furnished with the unit, and are also available by writing to, or faxing AquaCal Inc. (See information below)
The liability of AquaCal Inc. shall not exceed the repair or the replacement of the defective parts, under the five (5) year limited exclusion, and shall not include transportation to or from the factory, consequential, or incidental damages.
This warranty does not include the repair of damage, due to excessive chemicals in the pool or spa water, damage to any internal piping, or components in freezing conditions, negligence, abuse, or acts of God. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose that apply to this product.
