Understanding & Troubleshooting AquaCal Heat Pumps and AutoPilot Systems

The training is designed for pool and spa service professionals engaged in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing pool & spa equipment. The training will also prove useful to HVAC technicians wishing to gain an understanding of swimming pool heat pumps and related plumbing and water treatment systems. Course material is specific to AquaCal heat pumps and AutoPilot chlorination systems.

The heat pump material does not require HVAC training or EPA certification; heat pump material is designed around troubleshooting by simply using touch, sound, a reliable thermometer, and an electrical test meter for further troubleshooting and diagnosis.

Lunch and refreshments are provided.

Expected Outcomes:
Seminar participants will be able to analyze and repair the most common field-related issues affecting AutoPilot chlorinators, and common non-refrigerant issues affecting AquaCal heat pumps.
